Default William Hill support?

I tried to make my first cashout from WillHill a week ago and I've gotten absolutely no response. They emptied my account to a few pennies but it never showed up in my neteller account. I've fired off a ton of emails from their email support tab but no one will get back to me. So... does anyone know of a US based number that I can contact them at, or have any ideas of how I can get their attention. I'm sure it's just an accident that can get worked out if I could just get a hold of someone... TIA

Wait a week, it takes a while.

You'll get your money in due time, WHill is a pretty big sportsbook.

I'll try and be patient for a few more days, I don't really have any choice since no one replies to my emails anyways The point is that it's already been over a week, and if they're so big, why can't they get their act together. I don't mean to sound like a whiner... I just wish I knew what I was getting into before I joined them. Lesson learned I guess.

Just an update if any is having the same problem or if anyone cares... I got an email this morning!! woohoo
"We have investigated your query and we have been witnessing problems with Neteller withdrawals, however the William Hill finance department have now resolved the issue and your funds have now been released to your Neteller account."
So I'm feeling pretty good, up until I check my neteller account and find out nothing has been transferred. Oh well, from the looks of some other threads it'll just take a little more time. Screw You William Hill!!!
