Default First time for everything...

So I'm playing 2 tables of 3-6 at the BBJ tables on Party. Some guy is playing at the same two tables, with around 1600 BB in play at each table.

I draw out on him in one of the games, making a flush on the river, and he immediately buddy list/invites me to play 10-20 heads-up.

I've been playing on Party since Feb02 and have never had that happen before.

I assume you picked up the draw on the flop, probably had odds to call it all the way to the river. Which would be correct play. Why would he challenge someone who played correctly? I can see ii if you were chasing a 2-4 outer all the way but a 9 outer???

I'd say, "okay" but I'd suggest 30-60.

Mostly 3-6, two tables only. I've played a few thousand hands of 5-10. The site varies by whatever bonuses I happen to be playing down.

Yeah, I don't have the HH in front of me, but I had two small spades in the BB, checked my option, and flopped a flush draw.

That's too bad. I was hoping you were one of the many 100/200 guys who had dropped down because they couldn't handle the swings.

Heh. I don't need to play that high to know that I can't handle the swings.

so did u agree?... If u think ur better than him go ahead. I like a challenge. 2. he is most likely upset and maybe on tilt, u should take advantage 3. What he did seems cocky go kick his ass.
