Not if someone has already made trips. If your outs are live then your odds of calling are good but you have no idea what's good and what's not. What happens if you're raised on the river?

The turn call is marginal. After watching three people contribute on the turn I would never call the river unimproved even though it's barely possible I have the best hand. So I'm reduced to hoping that my six outs are good.

UTG+2 could have a seven or a slowplayed set in which case my hand is dead. Any player could have A6/A3 reducing me to three outs. I'm only getting 9-1 on this call which doesn't leave much room for error.

A6 or A3 doesnt matter. Those hands are counterfeited if an ace or a queen hits the river.

I would fold the turn - drawing to a few outs which could be dead is a bad move. I don't understand the river bet either. If you are ahead, you probably won't get more bets, but if you check/call you might induce a bluff.

im a nl player and very new to limit. why do you bet the turn? i cant imagine it is for value. also it seems that thinning to feild isnt much of an advantage, as the only time you would want to thin the field is to prevent people from hitting 2 pair when you hit your 1 pair, but people with 1 pair arnt often folding the flop to your bet.
thanks
