Default K-hi calldown

villain 42/23/2.2 after 120 hands.
I'm running through old hands so no read this time - as far as I remember he was close to a maniac

In retrospect, I don't like my calldown on the river because some of his missed hands (A3, A5) beat me.

I fold, I can't imagine you are winning this more than 1/8.

For him to lead the Turn and River probably tells you that he has something, rather than him checking to you and letting you lead.

If he's close to a maniac I'd just calldown from the flop. I'd also call the river if I had a read he was the type who likes to donk these sort of flops that are likely to miss you and would be all the way. Gotta fold the river the way you played, though, you're costing yourself another .5BB to call down and he stop and goed which shows more strength even though it looks like he could be FOS with that deuce pairing.
