PokerOffice won't open, any suggestions?

My PokerOffice just quit working one night, shut down and i got the typical "Would you like to report this error" message. Ever since if i double click the icon i get a small screen like 1" by 3" that has PokerOffice copyright 2003-2005 etc. Then that dissapears and the program never loads. I have e-mailed their support a number of times with no response so just seeing if anyone has experienced something similar and knows how to fix it. Thanks
