Default 3/6 6m J9s

3-handed Party 3/6.

The game just went three handed. I don't know if these villains will adjust. If my image matters, I have so far been running over them.

I open on the Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. The SB folds and a 50/2/.6 BB calls.

Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Check, bet, call.

Turn: Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Check, bet, call.

River: A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Check

Check or bet?

Check. He's not folding and you're playing the board.

check the turn

EDIT: Didn't see villain's AF and vpip. Against a tighter or more aggressive player turn check is definitely the play. Here there's a good chance he calls with a gutshot so probably bet/fold is the play unless you know he bluffs river a lot or checkraises turn semi-frequently

good question. i would think you'd want to bet to try and fold out a king or a jack, but he's super passive and might have a piece of this. i can't imagine someone not raising/donking you though if they hit a third queen or donking the river if they hit another ace. i think i'd bet, but i'm probably wrong.

How good is your jack kicker do you think?
Do you think he is that afraid of a straight to not bet an ace on the flop? Also, if he made a set on the turn, do you think he would still check-call?

How often does he fold on the river to a bet?

My J kicker is better than the one on the board cause [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]s are the trump suit.

I don't know if he's thinking past the first level enough to be scared of a straight.

I'm fairly certain he would have check/raised me on the turn with trip Qs.

I don't have enough hands on this guy for the fold to river bet % to have converged yet.
