If you are running XP with SP2, go to your Add/Remove Programs list and check the box at the top of the window that says "Show Updates". Then scroll to the bottom and under the Winxows Updates or whatever, it will list all updates, WMP10 should be at the top.

well, I did this and rebooted, but I still cannot connect to the stream.

Has anyone ever used, or seen someone use, the "I got skipped and I'm going to argue about it for 10 minutes" technique to fake having a big hand? I don't think I've ever seen that done when the perp didn't have something huge. He may as well turn them face up.

There's another reason to smooth call there with the nut straight. If the other guy has the same hand and the board pairs on the end, you might be able to take the whole pot from him.

I'd suggest cleaning your browser's cache and trying again with the browser. It's possible there's some setting in your WMP that is causing the problem.

I've looked thorugh the settings, but I can't seem to find anything out of the ordinary. Any suggestions on changes to the settings I should make?

Maybe try Googling for codecs or downloading VLC which I believe has all codecs but I dunno if it will help with WMP.

I saw it once in a tourney, but the guy was kind of short-stacked. He made a string raise. Someone called the floorman, who dis-allowed the raise. I saw right through it and raised on the button with something like 88 (don't remember exactly). I expected him to go out, but he called. He had something like a pair of 2's or 3's. I won the pot.

Just because he has a big hand doesn't mean he wasn't on an angle though. He might have wanted to check-raise, but no one raised him. I don't think Allen would do that. Just hypothetical.
