Is this standard party $25?

I play at UB $10 and $25 and just got 15 bucks deposited for me at Party. Thought I'd check out the game.
I lost this hand, don't care at all about the money or the beat.
I just want to know if this is standard play by the opponents there...

Third orbit, I haven't done much and neither has short stack in small blinds. CO and button seem to be strange and very LAGgy to me. and both have more than $30.

6 folds, CO calls, button bets $2.
SB raise to $9 total (all-in). BB(me) raises to $13 total (all-in). CO calls, Button calls.

Flop : A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
CO checks. Button checks.

Turn : 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
CO bets $17 (all-in). Button folds.

River : 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Results: SB has A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
BB has K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
CO has Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I've never seen such a hand on UB. Is this normal party play or an anomaly?

I just would like to get a feel for whether this happens every :
- hand
- orbit
- session
- week
- month

If this is the type of hand comes up every orbit or two, I'd consider taking 1/2 my bankroll, sitting around and open pushing AA and KK and doing nothing else...

I haven't played the 25NL in a long time, but back when I played, there was play like this about once every 8 hrs I played.
