1 rebuy and 1 add on MTT strategy

So I've seen a few threads recently looking for good rebuy strategy, but they are all mainly about tourneys with unlimited rebuys during the first hour. My question is, how does this strategy change for tourneys that only allow 1 rebuy and 1 add on after the rebuy period? I know stars has these kinds of MTTs and I see quite a few of them at some local B&Ms. Should I rebuy immediately and always take the add on?
