$500 O/8

Like most others, I'll be in the $500.

Is there any way to sign up ahead of time? Or do I have to get there at the butt crack of dawn on Wednesday?

$200 shootout tomorrow
$500 NLHE on 11/2
$500 NLHE Seniors on 11/11 (got to get back to final table and get some payback on Men the Master)

and some satellites tomorrow and Friday if I bust in the shootout

Starting tomorrow you'll be able to pre register for all events.

just called the poker room and they said there wasn't any pre-registration...anyone know for sure?

I'm betting that's wrong. Did they think you meant pre-register now? The pre registration has worked out so well for them I con't imagine them not doing it.

The brochure says in person only - is that what you're referring to?

I was hoping I could do it over the phone or on the net since I'm 3 1/2 hours away. I'm just really concerned that despite getting there real early Wednesday morning, I'm going to get shut out.

I don't think so. but if you're not real early that day you may end up as an alternate. I don't believe they will turn anyone away.
