So what was the max bonus here? $200? Did anyone really get $300?

Just to put in a good word for this one. I cashed in, got my free $100 (no idea if you can get more), played my requirements, and cashed out. No problems cash out hit in less than a day ...

Hi again everyone,
There has been some confusion regarding the deposit bonus. The official deposit bonus at www.HollywoodPoker.com is 20% of your deposit up to $100. Due to a programming error (launch teething problems), people who made large deposits were given more than $100. The problem has now been fixed. I want you all to know that we would never take back a bonus that was offered and accepted in good faith according to our rules, so if you received more than the $100 it’s yours to keep – enjoy!

Thank you again for letting us know about problems you have with the site. It really helps us to get at them quicker and ensure that we give you the best poker experience possible.

Default beware of Hollywood Poker

Hollywood Poker has some big bugs to work out.

Based on the pleasant posting of the Hollywood rep here, I just deposited $500. I would estimate I was down $60, but my balance started dropping precipitously to $350, instead of $440.

I have sent an email, and will report on the response.

This is very troubling.

I did indeed receive 300$ for my 1500$ deposit. I am enjoying the site, although I am looking forward to a downloadable client.

My account continues to bounce around in $50 increments by the minute.

Although I'm not playing, it's up $100, down $150, up $50, down $100, and so forth.

I'm very sorry I deposited here.

Hi Liz,
Sorry you had a bad experience, I talked to Support and they said they received your email and have cleared things up for you.

If you have any bad experiences again that I can help you with let me know at patricia@hollywoodpoker.com

Some information for everyone, if you have a table open and you have money at that table; the amount you have will not show in your balance on the main site until you leave the table. Once you leave the table give the site time to refresh and everything should appear in your account.

Once again sorry for any problems people may be having.

Are there any plans to (re)instate such a higher level bonus for those of us more active playing?
