I think the second one is an easy push.
You can flat call the first one, if he comes over the top its much easier to fold. Or you can just push to start with. |

I think I prefer a call in hand one, in fact, I called with AJ suited in a similar situation in an SNG just today. A came on flop, I was able to push, knocked shorty out, got the chip lead for ITM.
