Default Possible To Get Out of Of Being Dragged?

Say you're left legged is tied to the bumber of a Pickup truck by a 8 foot long rope. You're lying down and the driver floors it. (Lets say the truck goes 0-60 mph in 10 seconds) What do you?

grab the rope with both your hands, and try to "climb" towards the truck using a hand over hand technique.
