Multi Poker-account locked

Hi!
I have registrated to multipoker, play there then I wanted to make a withdraw. I did it, but my account has frozen out. An e-mail message come to me, that Multi Poker try to call me on phone but I was unavaiable. I wrote a couple of e-mail to multipoker, send my identification card, but they did not respond for 4 days ago!
What can I do?

Have you tried calling them? That would be the first thing I would do.

Having said that, sounds like you've got a straight beef with a site, so I'd just redouble your efforts there.
