Default UB - 2 Questions

Just signed up for UB last night, getting a $200 bonus.

Question #1 - What is the quickest way to earn my bonus (I normally play $1/$2 NL on Stars and Party)? I could play $3/$6 LHE, but I am more comfortable in the NL realm.

Question #2 - Hand Histories, how do I get them for PT?

UB hand histories to PT is a pain in the butt. You have to hit the hand history button (lower right hand corner) and then keep the window open, change the hand number one by one requesting each hand individualy. When you are done playing you then save this file to Notepad and import the hand history from notepad into pt. Not so bad when you get the hang of it. You can play a while and then update all your hands at the end of your session. Just don't leave the table before you have saved all your hand histories!!

UB bonuses (at least mine) have been handed out a little at a time, not as one big bonus. Based on a % of the rake, so a larger game has a larger rake, so the bonus is handed out quicker. My UB bonuses have not been based on number of raked hands.

$1/$2 NL should be fine for clearing the bonus. I was able to clear it pretty fast playing $2/$4 6 max Limit. $1/$2 should be fine for clearing it.

UB releases its bonus in installments, which is a good thing. Their bonuses aren't the fastest to earn, but you can accelerate the time by being the 1st or 2nd person to sit at a table. The first two players to start a table earn double points. This is great, if you don't mind playing SH for a while. I've only played limit at UB, so can't comment on the NL games.

in order to maximize the bonus earnings potential, you want to play limits where the median rake is $1 or above ($20 pot) so you will be credited a full UB point. if you calculate an average of 7BB per hand, then at $2/4 and up you will be clearing the bonus at the fastest rate.

at lower limits you will clear roughly 1BB/hr*table. 50 raked hands at $1/2 is worth about 20-25 Ultimate Points.

Well there's several tables of $1/$2 NL going right now and the average pot ranges from $30-$55, which I'm sure will alow him to clear the bonus at a pretty fast rate. As far as I know they don't include uncalled bets in the pot size either.
