Darvas book, though dated (many of the stocks discussed no longer exist), is an interesting look into the mind of a successful trader.
His box theory, is basic technical analysis of support and resistance levels. He also discusses the importance of stop losses. All in all, a quick read, and its a clssic! What have you learned from it?

1. Be a wolf and not a sheep in the markets.
2. Pick your own stocks, don't listen to rumors or a broker or friends, etc. 3. Don't get overconfident.
