Western/(sometimes called a Denver omelette), it includes, ham, peppers, onions and I add swiss cheese.

I [censored] love it.

Before it got blown away at Camilia Grill in New Orleans that made an omelette that was like ham, sausage, potato, onions, and chesse all topped with chili.

At 4:00 am this was pure heaven.
