The river play was not weak tight. For that matter you should seriously consider folding the turn when you are check raised. Your opponent appears to be solid, you aren't getting the odds to draw to your over card outs, and some of those outs may not even be any good.

Unless you think it is very likely he would check raise as a semi bluff with the flush or straight draw here I would fold the turn.

Fold the turn preferrably. BB could easily be on a semi-bluff or have a hand. Either way, your hand is not strong enough to raise, so it's better to fold than call on the turn. Plus the pot is small.

Are you guys not noticing the OESD hero picked up on the turn?

Hero has at least 8 outs on average, accounting for the fact that villain may be semibluffing two clubs or that some of hero's overcards may be dead. I'd say he usually has 9-10 outs, so he has the odds to call this check raise.

Also, he's liable to gain two more bets out of villain if he hits - villain's initial bet and his call of hero's raise.

The villian may have completed a straight on the turn, though, holding KQ, so I don't think the four 8's can be counted as full outs here.

VPIP - voluntarily put money in pot
OESD - open-ended straight draw

You can check out the glossary (linked on the main twoplustwo page) for many of the acronyms used here.
