Re: 9Ts w/ 2:1
Nice flop.
I dunno. I think it's a bit boarderline. Though with your big-stack and self-confidence it shifts from boardline to "callable... but barely". I mean, if you knew you were live, then yea it's a good call. You fold though if you have a read on this guy that tells you he's probably got JJ-AA, right? That's just my two cents. |

Re: 9Ts w/ 2:1
easy call. thats my fav hand and does very well (relatively) vs high pairs and isn't that bad against overcards.

Re: 9Ts w/ 2:1
equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 34.6081 % 34.24% 00.37% { T9s } Hand 2: 65.3919 % 65.02% 00.37% { 55+ } im sure there is a way of factoring in pot odds but im a pokerstove noob edit- i was being quite generous with putting 55+ originally had 88+ and your equity was around 26% |

Little poker stove confirms it's a close call...
Text results appended to pokerstove.txt 726,016,896 games 1.234 secs 588,344,324 games/sec Board: Dead: equity (%) win (%) tie (%) Hand 1: 35.6041 % 35.31% 00.29% { T9s } Hand 2: 64.3959 % 64.10% 00.29% { 77+, AJs+, KQs, AJo+, KQo } Vs that range, i'm getting better than the 2:1 that the pot is offering me.... (64/36 compared to ~2.2/1 and i figured, if i lose, i just shift to super aggressive which is always funn, and if i win then i'm chipleader... |

Re: 9Ts w/ 2:1
those odds figure to be almost exactly 2 to 1.
you're actually getting slightly better than 2to1 (like 2.1 to 1) and you're not even a 2 to 1 dog. I guess it's a personal choice whether you want to gambool here, but I take this every time. |
