Default Loose Blind Stealers

Right now I am playing against a guy, who as the chip leader, is playing very loosely and stealing my blinds rather frequently. I would play back at him except that most of his bets are 25% of my stack and i feel that he wouldn't lay it down if I were to go over the top of him. I can't seem to find even a playable hand in any of these positions so what should I do? Just keep letting him take my money? Is there another alturnative?

To give a good answer, we'd need to know how many players there are left, what the stack sizes are, and what the blinds are. If it's HU, then you can't always give him credit for a good hand and you should be pushing with (ballpark) the top 40% of hands. He'll either get the picture that you can't be bullied or you'll run into a better hand and, oh well, next game.
