You have to start wondering if they are getting hammered by hackers. Possibly a DOS attack? But it didnt seem "slow" before it crashed. Hard to say. But its obviously not in their best interest to talk about it if that is truly the cause.

All of my money is there. However this is very inconvienient and I'd rather just have my money back and quit so I can go do something else.

Hi folks -
Sorry for the down-time. We're back up now and everything is "normal". If Something Bad happened to you because of this, please email

support@pokerstars.com

Again, our apologies for the glitch, and to answer the first fellow's question, no, it's not common. We had a thing last week and this, but I can't remember the last time we were down before that.

Best regards,
Lee Jones
