Any tips? Too aggr 3 betting flop?

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Fold the flop when it's two bets to you. You're not getting odds to try and catch an A or Q, and even if you do they may not be good.

The flop 3-bet is insane on every level. At the very best, you have six outs to beat your opponent's top pair. When he caps, he has at worst two pair or a set, and the only way you're winning this one is to go runner-runner, either to trips or a straight. A horrible situation to be in.

Yes good point and worth making for me. I've been ramping up my aggression so I can bet out the flop when I miss, but now it seems I need to ramp back down after my initial bet and look at the basic strategy when I run into counter aggression.
