Default exe.is not a valid Win32 application?

I am trying to run a Application file from my Deasktop(which is eurobet) and im getting an error message saying .exe is not valid Win32 application.
How can i fix this problem?

Open the properties for the desktop shortcut and make sure it is actually pointing to the application you are trying to run.
