Default Nut flush vs LAG 200nl

I am dealt AdTd in MP, a LAG player with a big stack limps utg, folds to me, i limp with AdTd with ~200 behind, folds around to the BB who checks.

Flop Kd Qh 7d

BB checks, LAG bets pot (13.4), I just call, BB folds

Turn 4d

Lag bets 45 into 40$ pot, your play?

Call, min raise, whatever extracts the most money (i.e. player dependent).

Why bother posting this hand?
