what are typical turn raise and c/r numbers for party players

can anyone tell me what they think the typical (by typical i mean the average player not a 2+2er) player's turn raise and check/raise numbers are at the following levels: 15/30, 10/20, 5/10, 3/6. i know they increase as the betting levels increase i'm just trying to get a gauge as to how much. thanks for your input.
