Default Re: party is effing with my affliliate

For the record, I had absolutely no prob w/ my Party affiliate account. I logged in fine, and cashed out my commission yesterday with no problem.

Granted, though, that I've continued to steadily sign up players on a regular basis, and many of my players are regular (albeit smaller stakes) players.

So affiliates signing up new players on at least a semi-regular basis should be fine.

StacysMom is my subaffiliate (read: barn) and he signs up lots of new players regularly yet he is under investigation.

I haven't signed up a new player in months and I cashed out fine.

here is an email that i finally received. Took like over 48 hours to respond...

Your account is put on hold because of the reason below:

We see that in most of your MGR trackers during the last 6 months you have

only one player.

In the above circumstances, we suspect a case of rake back.

As you are aware rake back is against the policies of PartyPoker.com.

Please clarify this situation for us to take any further action.

Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Anyone out there have their frozen account activated again?
I want to know how to go about this to insure I don't mess anything up.

come on guys, this isnt hard... you should not have your own affiliate accounts just to get your own rake back. sign up under a big affil, who is on good terms with party, who is always bringing players... and this will never happen.

i think party is stupid for doing this, but they really hate rakeback and this is just a good 'house cleaning' excuse for them.

anyway, if your money did get withheld, just tell your affil contact you have been working on another project and will be signing up your players at party next month. they will prob buy it and release you funds.

Nope they're not buying that - I tried it and they said well it will be available when you sign someone up.

Default Any Updates?

Has anyone made any progress from getting their frozen account reactivated?

Calling Affiliate support appears to be worthless and playing Email Tag with my Affiliate Manager is taking forever to make progress. Anyone else make progress or get in touch w/ Affiliate Account Manager, Nikhil Patwartan? (i think that's how you spell his last name)

i emailed them yesterday to ask why my account was frozen, sitll have no reply aside from they forwarded it to the appropriate person.

Just throwing out an idea here; Is it possible that party is having to crack down and clean house in its affiliate program as a result of going after PokerNow? would make sense to me.

How about Party decided to crack down on all improper (in their eyes) activities relating to rakeback? And they started with PokerNow. Then they moved to affiliates?

This happened to my account last month. I called and the reason was I had not added any new real money players in the last 90 days. My affiliate will continue to accumulate earnings which will be unlocked when I add a new player.
