Default What is soft playing and chip dumping?

I was reading the tournament rules for UltimateBet and it say "No Soft Playing or Chip Dumping". Can anyone tell me what do "soft playing" and chip dumping mean"?

soft playing is playing passively against a friend, like checking it down, trying to avoid taking each others' money. chip dumping is exactly how it sounds. it's purposely losing your chips to someone else to give him the advantage of having more chips

In a non-tournament context chip-dumping occurs when somebody has bought into the site improperly--say with a stolen credit card. Then he tries to lose all his money to an accomplis who cashes out the money...turning a stolen credit card into good ole, hard card cash.
