Default Cancelling Old Accounts

It seems like a good idea to be closing all of my old accounts as I move from room to room for whatever reason.

Is anyone else concerned that old inactive accounts could be a (still pretty small) security issue?

Also, for those of you who have closed accounts at the major poker rooms, what, briefly, is involved? Just an email to support?

When I closed my UB and Poker Room accounts, an e-mail and a follow-up reply were all that it took. No big hassles.

p.s. Curse your Guiness drinking avatar, whenever I see it I want to down a pint but I am at work and can't! argh!

I emailed party with the request, re-emailed party with the re-request, and then they closed it.

I closed one at empire a while ago, I called them up and then had to email them, they promptly closed it.
