Default PokerRoom(Eurobet) Mucked Hands at Showdown

With the new software at eurobet when I pull up a hand history it doesn't show the losing hands at showdown, if they were mucked.
Most of the other sites ie Party , Absolute, Fulltilt do show the mucked hands when you look at the hand history.

Am i doing something wrong , or is this just the way they do it at PokerRoom & skins?

Just the way they do it.

You can see the mucked hand by looking it up on the website, but it's not in the hd database. This makes little sense.

How do you look up hands on their website?

The easy way is just to clink on "previous hand" in the client, and it will come up automatically. I think there's also a hand histories option in the My Account area.

You could also use PRfetch to retrieve hand histories with mucked hands, if you are interested in retrieving several hands from that same table. (shameless plug)

what is the current pricing?.. no offense , but $50 for a hand grabber is plain ridiculous, when PT is priced almost the same, and PAHud is 50% of that

And why dont you give more free hands for the trial , also? 10 hands is ridiculous. No one's gonna "abuse" your trial offer by fecthing, say 1000 hands

Current pricing is $10 for unlimited. That info was burried far down in the thread. Thanks for pointing it out. It is now on the first page.

The demo is not meant to be useful. It is meant to prove that the paid version is useful. And to verify that your computer can run it.
