Default Hand for Review: AA on the button

Can't help but think I screwed up the river here. Opponent just sat down a few hands ago so I don't know his tendencies.

On the river I fear I'm facing two pair or a donkstraight and he's looking to check-raise me because I've been so aggressive throughout the hand.

Thoughts?

Did I miss a bet or was caution called for here?

Thanks.

You are losing money by not betting the river.

Opponent showed Q7o and I took the pot. I'll be sure to bet the river next time. (I assume of course that I call if I get check-raised, since I'll be getting over 11:1 on my call right?)

Unless the duece helped him, wouldn't a two pair 3-bet most of the time, or possibly pull one of those wicked, bet-call, bet-call, bet-call lines?
