They are usually good about getting the 2+2 books in quickly. Normally, just days after 2+2 starts shipping.

Anyone know why Amazon estimates shipping date of July 21st if book is due out around June 15th? Is Amazon routinely inaccurate in estimating shipping date for unreleased book or is there reason to believe that Amazon won't get this book as early as other booksellers?
