Default Better place to live: AC or Foxwoods?

I plan on moving soon. I'm sick of Turning Stone up here. I can't decide on where to go though, AC or Foxwoods. Which areas have the most action, cbeapest living expenses, best poker action, best weather, etc?

If I moved to AC, I wouldn't live within the city, but would probably make a 10-15 minute commute to the borg. How is the crime?

If you will be making your living playing live limit Hold Em, AC is the only choice and it's not close.

As long as you're not in AC itself the crime isn't that bad.

The weather sucks near either casino--it's probably slightly worse in AC.

I can't imagine moving to either of these places b/c you're a poker pro, if you already live in the northeast. if you're going to move, then why not go to Vegas/LA?

If you don't mind a 30 minute commute, check out Cape May or LBI in NJ. Absecon is nice too (only 10 minutes!) - all beautiful beach towns. If you play golf - I'd say Absecon - tons of beautiful courses only minutes away....

Definitely AC. 20-40 is good year round at Borg and Taj. 40-80 is good at Borg also. Philly is 45 mins away (South Street, Clubs, Culture, etc). Borg and Taj have great game selection - 10-20, 15-30, 20-40, 40-80, 50-100. Multiple tables. More rooms are going to open. Fox is nice, but in the middle of nowhere...games are good, but not as good in my experience and you have much less selection and much longer waits than AC. Also, there is NOTHING around there. See you in Jersey.

Go to the west coast where they have looser games, better weather, and hotter women. Get as far as possible away from upstate NY.

Foxwoods is in the middle of nowhere. I don't think there is any semblance of civilization for at least a half hour from it. You would be in the proverbial boondocks if you lived "close" to it.

Then again, I think I would rather live anywhere in CT than anywhere in NJ.
