Default Party Poker Scam

Hello all,

Im sure you all got off with the pstars post and now im again in truth to state what party poker has done.

Im sure your all aware of their 3 billionth hand promo. After every 5 mil hands they host a 20k freeroll. Well unfortunately the last 2 nites in a row they had to cancel trny after it was in progress because they say there were tech issues. Funny how it was the only trny with issues of the entire site 2 nites in a row!

Now it all would have been fine if they actually payed out the prize pool according to chip counts just as it would be so if it were a real $$$ trny. But what do these greedy billionares do? They dont pay a single dollar!

These online sites are nothing but a greedy bunch who try and take every penny you have!

I was in both at the freeze. I got paid for Tuesday's right away and haven't gotten paid for yesterday's, though I got an email saying I would get it within 24 hrs.

I dont know who your kidding here. I actually called Party Poker about this and they told me they do not pay out freeroll tournament prize pools when this sort of thing happens. Like I said, they are a greedy bunch.

There were many people in the MTT forum who said they got paid for the stalled freerolls.

Also - it wasn't the ONLY tourney that had problems at the time.
Many of the tourneys stalled out as well (according to those in the MTT forum who were playing in them at the time). I think a $40k guaranteed or something was one of them.

I'm ticked at Party too....they should fix their damn tourney software or whatever the problem is.

But your 2 complaints are kind of weird because they actually aren't things that are happening....and there's PLENTY of things at party that really ARE happening at party that warrant complaining about.

I got paid for Tuesday I assure you, here's the email:
[ QUOTE ]
Tournament id: 504000 Name: $20,000 Freeroll
Buy-In/Entry Fee: $20,000 Freeroll $0.00 / $0.00 Total Players to start: 3500
Players at the time of cancellation: 373 Level at the time of cancellation: 9
Limit: 400.00 / 800.00 Total Chips in play: 3500000

Total Buy-in collected = $0.00
Initial Added money = $20,000.00
Prize Money already given = $0.00
Total prize pool = $0.00 + $20,000.00 - $0.00 = $20,000.00
Minimum prize pool award = $0.00 * 373 = $0.00

Prize pool to be divided equally = ($20,000.00 - $0.00) / 2 = $10,000.00
Prize pool to be divided based on chip count = ($20,000.00 - $0.00) / 2 = $10,000.00
Entry Fee to be refunded = $0.00

When the tournament was called off, you were seated at 'Table 1078998' and you had 15302 tournament chips.

Your share of the minimum prize pool award = $0.00
Your share in money equally divided = $10,000.00/373 = $26.81
Your share based on your chip count = $10,000.00 * (15302/3500000) = $43.72
Your entry fee refunded = $0.00
Total money refunded = $70.53

We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. Thank you for playing.

Still haven't gotten paid for Wednesday, but I think I most probably will (the tourny froze with like 1100 people left though, so it will be peanuts).

Don't get me wrong, I'm annoyed with Party for the freezes and everything (I've actually moved to Stars), but the fact remains your post is misleading, they paid out for the Tuesday freeroll.
