Default 3/6(6-max): TT on 77222 board

No reads on villain. Figured this was a tough board as any 7 has me beats, but 88/99/AK/33-66 may pay me off.

my default here is to bet 100-120, fold to a raise, get paid off definitely by 88-99, probably by a lot of other things too hoping for a split board

The only time I wouldn't make a nice 3/4-pot sized bet here is when I'm up against an agro player who would try to make a chop block a huge percentage of the time, and against whom I would have a hard time laying down to a raise.

88-99 pay you off for sure, and they both bet anyway (I would have thought they'd bet the turn, but whatever). If he has you beat, he'll raise, unless he has a higher pair, then he might just call.

The real question is what he does when all he has is Twos full of sevens. If you have an agro image, you may get called down by a lot of hands that think you're chopping.

I don't think he has a 7. Bet 150-200 like you're trying to push him off a chop.
