Default Help me figure out my weird roto league draft

I haven't played any fantasy sports other than football in forever, but I got talked into playing in the office MLB league. The roster structure is a little unusual though, at least for me - rather than having a bench and starters, all players on the team will count, no bench players at all, and roster changes can be done only once a week. There is a DL but only guys on the actual DL can be on it.

The roster is 2 of each infielder/c, 5 total OF, 5 Starters, 3 Relievers, and 2 other pitchers of any type. Scoring is standard 5x5.

Question is, how does this change draft strategy, in terms of when to select positions? It seems like it's going to be way harder to find two good 2B, than it is to find five good outfielders? Do I want 5 starters and 5 closers if possible? or 7 starters?

Put another way, assuming I have a total list by some arbitrary 5x5 based ranking of all players, how you would adjust it for this roster construction type?

Thanks
