Default Opinions on Email for Poker/Neteller Accounts

Hello all,

I just moved and the email that is linked to all my poker accounts and Neteller accounts will be inactive shortly.

I am wondering if it is better to have your accounts linked to a web-based email provider (i.e. Yahoo, Google or GMail)? Or, should I just go with my regular email with my ISP, which is comcast.net?

Thanks!

Use a web based email account.

Be sure to check their T&C. I've heard that some want the right to look (automated) through your emails, so they can profile you. It's an advertising thing, but i wouldn't be too comfortable about it.

If you have some knowledge of the german language freemail.web.de will be fine. Their T&Cs are pretty soft (due to german privacy law), but afaik their interface only comes in german. They also don't offer 1GB for free, but emails don't take up that much space, do they?

Thanks for your help. I was thinking of going with a web based email provider for sure, but I didn't know if anyone had any comments as to why that might be a bad idea.
