Should I re-reraise the UTG's raise?
Give the hand up when the next spade comes?

I dont like your bet on the flop. Basically, you're praying for a fold, which is an awful spot to be in when you have Queens.

A spade will either kill your action or (more likely) kill your hand (if you're even ahead to being with!)

Reraising pf is ok, but not the best strat; if he pushes you probably should fold, and yet you've invested 1/4ish of your stack and you didn't even get to play the hand.

I'd check call, perhaps stop and go on the turn on a non spade. I actually dont know what I'd do on the flop. Tricky spot. You could be ahead, you could be dead to 1 out... Given the way the hand was played, I c/f the turn.
