Default Blind Leaks

If the pot is multiway, 3 or 4 way at a 6 max table, would I be going far wrong if I play my binds the same way as recommended for full ring?

Would it be a big mistake for me to fold the following the majority of the time:

If possible, please check your pokertracker databases to confirm these are profitable to play, thats if you play them the vast majority of the time.

3 way pot
Fold Kxs, Qxs,
Fold T8s-53s,

4 way pot,
Fold Jxs,
Fold 86s-53s
Fold off suit T9-65
Fold 96s,85s,74s

The vast majority of these hands I would put money into the pot with position, so why play them from the blinds out of position?

what limit you play has a bearing on blind play.

long story short: it depends.

Which of these do you play purely because you are getting the odds to call.

Which of these are autofolds in these pot sizes.

i read this thread earlier but didnt reply because its so hard to discuss this sort of thing in the context youve put it in. id much rather see a thread from you where you post 10 quick preflop situations and i tell you what id do in all 10. these things are so situational. i do like these type of threads analyzing blind defenses though because there is so much room for improvement.

I am not suggesting for a minute that I am an authority.

4 way I will play any suited cards except total junk 83 72. If the field is really bad I might even play those

Off suit I am never quite sure. I asked that question before here and iddn't get an answer. For now I might play 98 if the field is bad.

3 way is more player dependent. against the average player I will play all kings and most queens suited. 2 gappers I might throw away 64s 50% of the time. Against good players I would tighten up to K7s Q8s 97s.

Those are my standards roughly but it is always a game time decision.

unfortunately, the stakes do matter in regards to sb play. 3/6, 5/10, 10/20, and 15/30 all have different blind structures, and are different on several sites. the bb play doesn't change but I got the impression your post meant both blinds.

"Would it be a big mistake for me to fold the following the majority of the time:"

if you could specify sb or bb, and be more specific in general as to the situation, we could answer better.

"The vast majority of these hands I would put money into the pot with position, so why play them from the blinds out of position? "

pot odds?

Default ALL BIG BLIND

Sorry I meant this question as regards to the big blind.

Also you quote pots odds, however I wouldnt put 1 bet in on the button the vast majority of these hands in a loose passive game, Qxs, Jxs, 74s, 76o so why do it when Im in the blinds and out of position.

Also a few players will play almost any 2 suited in a 4 way raised pot from the big blind.

Also if you can call these weak hands because of pot odds, why dont books like SSH and Matt Hilgers Internet Poker book recommend playing these weak hands with less callers,

SSH doesnt recommend calling these hands in the BB even in loosest games, Q8s, J7s, are the lowest he goes and thats with even better pot odds, and folding alot of the offsuit high card hands.

Putting one bet in from the button 5 ways is 4:1. Putting one bet in from the BB 5 ways is 9:1. Huge difference my friend. I will trade position for those odds any day of the week.

Ok, so which of the hands I mentioned would you play in the BB in 3 (5:1) and 4 way (7:1) pots because you like the odds.
