Poker mods for new computer

I am trying to download the skin that changes background and odds. I used pokermods last time and no problem. But for some reason now I have these squares around players instead of a solid black background. Any help on what is wrong or a different site I should use is much appreciated.

Have you turned off the character images in the options? If so, then you may not have successfully copied the empty chair images. What site is this for? Party skins?

This is for empire. No I don't think I turned the character images off.
