Default $55: 51% ROI, $109: -11% ROI=> Poker gods trying to tell me something?

This week:

90 55's => 43% itm, 51% Roi
69 109's => 30% itm, -11% roi

this is my 3rd try at the 109's, and again got clobbered.

WTF?! Why am i having so much trouble at the 109's?!

That $55 heater more than makes up for the $109 cooler.

play 1000 55's then let us know your roi. then with the results decide on trying 109's

I agree short term success is good but you need a larger sample size to determine if you are worthy of the move up. Nice numbers though in the 50's

Had a stretch of 1000 55's = 21.6% roi.
Also hit a 650 game breakeven streak (0% roi) after that.

Last 191 55's (including the 90)=> 44% itm, 41% roi

yeah, my overall sample of 109's is small (under 300 games). I havent tallied overall roi since they're on different accts and different poketracker databases. but each time i tried the 109's, i had -roi. so it's safe to say, overall, i have a -roi in the 109's.

yes, since it's a small sample, variance can explain it. but i dont know. it just seems like my kamakazee play style isnt cut out for the 109's. (my finish distribution in the 55's for 8th, 9th and 10th totals to 20% . )

because you're not making the correct adjustments? because your sample sizes are tiny?

come on man, as has been pointed out, you should know better.

how about oh, the craziness, posting some hands instead of stupid stats threads?

It's called variance. Sucks huh. Your $55s are unsustainable.

Welcome to reality.
