Do any of the other Party skins offer the Party tournements...or is it just Party itself?

It is just Party. Each skin offers its own tournaments.

They do share the single table tournaments (SnG:s) but not the multi table tournaments.

(At least that is the case for Multipoker, I don't know for sure about the others)
