PowerNet poker support. Gripe

About a week ago, I got a Royal Flush while playing at WorldsBestPoker (should really be called WorldsWorstPoker). I'm stuck there trying to clear the damn bonus which takes forever...

Anyway, I know they have a high-hand promotion. A week passes, and nothing is credited to my account. I didn't use both of my holecards so figured that must be the reason, but I call anyway to make sure since their website doesn't state that both cards must be used.

I give them my hand # and yes in fact the support person tells me I had to use both of my cards.

Well, I decide to be a bit of an ass and asked him if he could point me to the webpage where it states that as the condition of the promotion. I did this very politely..

The result?

He hangs up on me. Unbelievable.
