Suited makes a big difference in NL. I probably limp, possibly raise suited. Easy fold with KQo.

I don't think I'd play it under any game conditions whatsoever, possibly in an extremely loose passive game.

I voted fold, but I have certainly raised with it before. Generally in lower limit games where I am running over the table and have a lot of confidence in my ability to outplay people postflop.
