Ah flop phun
15/30 you are new to the table in a mid day online game. You selected the table for its bloated stats, and sat down. The table looks pretty tight except for a couple of new players that you have no information on. A few hands go by and you open in MP with AQo. You are 3 bet by one of the new players and you suspect that the raise may be lite given the game stats and the other players but hell you don't know so you call.
The flop comes a monotone K 8 9, and as bernie says, it's not your town. So what now? It seems that check fold is the only rational solution, but my BS radar is buzzing like a [censored]. |

(I check and fold. I'm sure we'll get another crack at this guy when we have a little better idea about where he's coming from. I don't really want to get into a peen waving contest against a relative unknown right off the bat.) |
