Default Anyway to figure out a consensus for oil prices a year from now?

With options markets, etc. (I am not too familiar with this), is there a way to figure out what economists are betting on?

futures? In general the concensus price for something in a year is whatever the price of it is now + cost of carry. If the concensus was higher or lower, then the present price would be different.
