Looking for link of support conversation

Wondering if someone knows where I can find the PartyPoker conversation from several years ago with the online support person talking to a guy asking when a tournament was, and the support person not knowing the difference between 7:50 and 8 or something like that. Anyone remember what I'm talking about? Thanks
