Am I the only one that cannot receive them? No matter how many times I request them, I will only get them about once every 2 weeks. CS says "everything is working fine." I even tried requesting them from my work computer to see if that made a difference.

Am I the only one with this problem?

There was a problem several weeks ago but mine have worked perfectly lately.

The odd HH will take 20-48hrs to find it's way to my mailbox, but now that the upgrade fiasco is over they do get here in one non-screwed up package.
