True, although if he calls this it starts to become likely that he has a jack, and I think he calls with that whether or not the flush card hits.

This is bad, I think Hero is ahead almost always here and I think giving him a free shot at a 6 outer sucks.

FYP. I thought you were right too, but then suddenly I was check raising continuation bets and people were like "nice flush draw" and im like wtf.

Were you check/minraising (i.e. donkraising) or making a checkraise that actually had folding equity?
