Re: A made-up hand
Check/call. Your equity is now down a lot. But the stacks are larger with respect to the pot. So there is a better chance you get good odds including implied odds. What is YOUR play on the turn? Bet $50? What do you do when he raises you all-in?

Re: A made-up hand
My line (checkraise/lead/lead) wasn't really standard but I don't think I have one for playing suited trash OOP because I don't do it too often. The hand only came about because I felt he was raising light and I wanted to slow him down some. Without the in-the-moment feel of his reaction to the turn bet, I don't know if I can pull the trigger on the end.
Naked flush draws out of position are total crap in this game (IMO). Everybody believes you're chasing when you check/call then lead out when the draw hits so I try not to do it. I frequently represent flushes when they hit because it gets people to lay down the best hand a huge percentage of the time (usually with some whining in the chat box about chasers). |

Re: A made-up hand
Did you consider re-raising preflop? I will often re-raise big preflop when I want to slow someone down. After the 2nd or 3rd time they usually get the point. Then they play back. Then I do it with a real hand and stack them.

Re: A made-up hand
I actually prefer leading with a flush on the turn when the flush hits. I can't think of a better way to get money into the pot. If he doesn't believe you he's calling pot/pot.
Even bad players can check behind on the turn with top pair. |

what range do you put him on after the flop call. [/ QUOTE ] An ace is most likely but he could have a spade draw or be being stubborn with a pocket pair. Its not impossible that he has nothing and is planning on making a strong move at the pot on the turn. |
