It was my CounterStrike name back when I played regularly. I wanted something that sounded asian (even though I'm white as a ghost). I even gave myself a fake clan to go along with it.

I detonated at a muckety-muck meeting. One of the departments had their collective heads up their a** and my group was being crushed because of it. The SVP called a quick break after my "little meltdown". Things got fixed, word got out, and the name stuck.

I originally signed up just so that the board would properly keep track of which messages I had already read; didn't intend to post much (if at all), so I didn't figure my name mattered. That no longer being true, I wish I could change my name, but...meh. (Yes, I know I could just create a new account. That seems like cheating.)

I cant remember what my original name was on here, first posted 5 years ago. I'm pretty sure I was the original Roland. At any rate Roland was a nickname I was given when I played on the Michigan State Hockey team. Liked it, used it ever sense, wait I think I was Jayski hmmm also a nickname derived from my middle name James.
